twentyfourBPO was founded by a number of highly experienced contact centre professionals who share a common vision to create a focused, adaptable and intelligent customer management business adding real value to clients and operating with unrivalled business integrity.

Operational Model
Our operating model consists of smaller, high performance centres. The size of our centres is between 50 seats (Glasgow) and 162 (soon to be extend to 300 seats) in Malta. The size of our centres ensures an outstanding level of focus on and accountability for client campaigns.
In Malta we operate from a very attactive centre located at the FXB Emporium, one of the country`s most prestigious office blocks. The choice of location was determined by our commitment to create a people-friendly environment.

Flexibility and Scalability
twentyfourBPO is able to support all types of client programmes, ranging from small short-term campaigns through to substantial long-term outsourcing programmes.
Our aim is to create, manage and deliver the right end-to-end solution for our clients, not just deliver business into twentyfourBPO and we actively partner with other organisations to do so. This includes working with other carefully selected contact centre providers to give de-risked additional capacity or right-shore capability while retaining complete accountability to our clients for performance.
Unlike many contact centre providers twentyfourBPO believes in making long-term investment in our people. twentyfourBPO people enjoy full employment contracts and substantial opportunity for career development and progression.
