GreenbergTrauring – full-service law firm in the iGaming industry

We are uniquely positioned to serve the legal needs of the Internet gaming sector, no matter where they arise. From corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, tax issues, advertising, civil litigation and criminal defense, we offer clients the breadth of our internationally recognized experience along with our geographically diverse resources.

Work With You
Every day our clients are bombarded by unexpected market forces — new products, the latest technologies and ups and downs in the financial markets. They accept and live with those pressures. We believe that the law firms that represent them must do so too. At GT the ability to help clients navigate change is what drives our choices — from how we run our business to the talent we hire and the technology we leverage.
Serve Our Communities
At GT, we not only help clients navigate change. We also help our neighborhoods stay strong in changing times – through the Greenberg Traurig Fellowship Foundation and our work with numerous community service organizations.

The Greenberg Traurig Fellowship Foundation
Greenberg Traurig provides funding through the Greenberg Traurig Fellowship Foundation for lawyer s and law students to work with public interest groups. Through the Foundation, Greenberg Traurig serves as the largest sponsor of Equal Justice Works Fellowships in the United States and has invested more than $5.4 million to support, in whole or in part, almost 100 Equal Justice Works Fellows since 1999. These fellows, graduates of 46 law schools, have served 38 cities across the United States. They have delivered critically needed legal services at more than 70 nonprofit host organizations, working on 26 issue areas ranging from community development and disability rights to domestic violence and immigrant populations. Together, the sponsors, fellows and host organizations ensure equal access to the justice system for society’s most vulnerable individuals and communities.
